Paying and getting paid with ease is always top of mind for Small Business owners. So when QR codes came available in our mobile app we needed an engaging landing page that let customers quickly know where to find them and how to use them.
I worked closely with my copywriter to develop storyboards for a hero video that covered the benefits of using QR codes. I focused on selecting footage that reflected our target market — smaller business that would really benefit from this feature. I then worked closely with our video team to select VO talent, music, and review cuts throughout production.
Utilizing our internal design system helped main elements of the page come together quickly, and I worked with UX and development teams to add scrolling animation to the page to show the versatility of QR codes and add some interest to the experience.
Products like Zelle® work best for a specific size and type of business, so we shot custom footage of business scenarios for :15 and :06 social ads to resonated best with our audience.
